All products contain some combination of CBD and/or THC.

If you’ve never taken a CBD or THC product before, we recommend you do so at the lowest possible dose, and in a place (like home) where you can safely experience the effects (which may include euphoria). Talk to your healthcare professional and do research, but we recommend not taking more than 1mg to 2.5mg of anything (like THC) that may create euphoria until you understand your body’s unique reaction. Wait at least 6-8 before increasing/adding to your experience.
